Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Whether it’s struggling with anxiety, navigating difficult relationships, parenting, disordered eating, or carrying the weight of past trauma or loss, you may long for balance, but find it hard to quiet your mind or reconnect with what matters most. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and healing is possible.
As a graduate student in counseling psychology and nutrition at Bastyr University, I use a holistic approach that connects body, mind and spirit. My work is neuroscience-informed and soul-centered, where the known and unknown merge. Led by your needs, I draw from practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), polyvagal theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you grow through challenges with hope and live more fully in line with your values.
My background in nutrition allows me to recognize the important mind–body connection, including how gut health and your relationship to food influence mood and overall well-being. Rooted in compassion and shaped by my Christian background, my goal is to create a safe, grounding space where you can remember how to recognize and follow your own inner wisdom and find yourself again.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and harmony, I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
