I am glad you are here. You might be recognizing that something in your life could use a little change, and that’s a wonderful first step. Many of us navigate life feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward. It can be different! I look forward to working with you on your healing journey, guiding you toward a life that feels more peaceful and fulfilling. My practice is all about creating authentic connections to help you reach your therapeutic goals based on your unique qualities. My approach is about offering care that is sensitive to trauma and culturally aware, focusing on health in all its forms. I started my academic journey with a B.A. from Smith College, and I am currently pursuing a master’s in counseling psychology from Bastyr University, to be completed in 2025.
In terms of my background, I have lived in Seattle for most of my life, and I am grateful to call this place home. I find awe and wonder in the world of mycology and the Pacific Northwest is the perfect place for a foray with friends. I am available for both in-person counseling, as well as telehealth, and am drawn to counseling parents of any gender and adults in all phases of life.
