Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself or others. Many people come to therapy wanting support, clarity, or relief, but aren’t always sure where to begin. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel supported, and make sense of what you are carrying.
Hi, I’m Jess. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults, offering a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and build practical tools for change. My approach is collaborative and grounded in values-based and mindfulness-based therapies, and I support individuals and couples through concerns such as anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, relationship patterns, and more.
I believe therapy should feel safe, respectful, and tailored to you. No matter your age or where you are in life, it is never too early or too late to seek support. If you are looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion and walk alongside you at a pace that feels right, I would be honored to work with you.
