Hi, I’m Katherine.

Some experiences change the course of our lives.

The death of a loved one. Pregnancy loss. A chronic illness diagnosis. Divorce. Workforce reduction. The slow realization that life has not unfolded the way we expected.

In these seasons of life, questions naturally arise: Who am I now? What matters now? How do I move forward?

You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. I am here with you. I help teens, adults, and couples navigate grief, chronic illness, and major life transitions.

Together, we honor grief, disappointment, and uncertainty while cultivating the courage to face life as it is with awareness, stability, and flexibility.

I am certified in Trauma Informed Stabilization Therapy and incorporate Hakomi Mindfulness Somatic Psychotherapy techniques in therapy sessions. I also draw on psychodynamic theory, symbolism, philosophy and positive health psychology to balance self-reflection with growth-oriented change.

Before entering the counseling profession, I spent 15 years in the tech industry, including tenures at Amazon.com and Chewy.com, and worked with thousands of people around the world. I have a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University (Class of 2027).

I look forward to working alongside you.
