Hi, I’m Katy.
Welcome. Life can be hard sometimes, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you are going through a challenging time, feeling overwhelmed, or simply hoping to better understand yourself, counseling can be a place to pause, feel heard, and find a way forward.
I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. Together, we can explore what you are experiencing, recognize your strengths, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.
My practice is open to individuals, couples, and teens. My approach is collaborative and grounded in trauma-informed practices, with a focus on the whole person and what you need. As a parent of a child with autism and as a cancer survivor, I also have a special place in my heart—and my practice—for parents raising children with complex needs and for those navigating difficult or life-changing experiences.
Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to have it all figured out. We can start wherever you are. It takes courage to reach out. I'm glad you are here.
