Lakshmi S, MS, LMHCA

Have you been holding it all together for so long, quietly carrying the weight of everything and everyone? Maybe you’re the one others turn to, or maybe you’re simply tired of carrying so much on your own. Deep down, you might be longing for a place to exhale and just be. Whether you’re navigating anxiety therapy, stress management, life transitions, the impact of trauma, relationship counseling, self-esteem struggles, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to reconnect with yourself, explore what’s beneath the surface, and move toward meaningful change.

I believe therapy isn’t about ‘fixing’ you, but about creating space to reconnect with yourself. I draw from a variety of approaches, including mindfulness, parts work, somatic practices, and reflective conversations, while staying open to what feels most supportive for you, with curiosity and compassion, honoring your unique story and pace.

My approach blends creativity, curiosity, and compassion, shaped by my diverse cultural background and 8+ years of experience in behavioral health, facilitation, and coaching. As a culturally sensitive and neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I strive to meet you where you are, honor your pace, and hold space for healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Outside therapy, you’ll find me hiking with my husband and dog, dancing, coloring, or tucked into a good book. My passion for this work is shaped by both professional and personal roots, and I bring that lived understanding into every session we share.
