Lakshmi S, MS, LMHCA

As a therapist, I center safety, trust, and authentic connection. I aim to create a space where you can expand your emotional capacity, explore patterns with compassion, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel unheard or overwhelmed.

To me, therapy is a chance to slow down, feel heard, and reconnect with the messy, human parts of ourselves that often go unseen. It’s an opportunity to be met with compassion and begin to make sense of our inner world, just as we are.

Whether you are navigating life experiences like anxiety, overwhelm, grief, trauma, or simply seeking a space to reconnect with yourself or move through life with more intention, I’m here to walk alongside you with care and kindness.

My approach is person-centered, relational, and somatically informed. I draw from mindfulness, parts work, nervous system awareness, and reflective questioning, tailored to what feels most helpful to you. I don’t believe in fixing people, but in gently supporting what wants to emerge.

With a background in psychology, counseling, creative problem-solving, and coaching, I bring warmth, steadiness, and deep respect for your lived experience.

Outside therapy, you’ll find me hiking with my husband and dog, dancing, coloring, or tucked into a good book. My passion for this work is shaped by both professional and personal roots, and I bring that lived understanding into every session we share.
