Maggie Butler (She/her)

I believe that everyone deserves a space to be heard and seen, to express themselves, and to feel accepted for who they are. Whether you’re just beginning therapy or returning after some time away, your feelings and insights will always be valued here. My commitment is to create an atmosphere of compassion and curiosity, where we can explore life's joys and sorrows together.

I take a person-centered approach to therapy. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship struggles, I am here to support and empower you in uncovering your path to healing. I'm also open to integrating mindfulness, body-based practices, and behavioral approaches.

My background includes working in behavioral health, specifically with individuals in eating disorder treatment. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western Washington University and am currently pursuing a master’s in counseling psychology at Bastyr University.
