Hi, I’m Mayuri Lahane.
Mental health challenges are real, and they don’t always look the way we expect or imagine. Sometimes everything appears “fine” on the outside, yet something feels “off” within. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, stressed, constantly on edge, lonely, anxious, depressed or unsure where to begin. You may want to be seen, heard, or understood. You or your loved one might be navigating relationship struggles, low motivation, self-worth concerns, family conflicts, multicultural challenges, parenting stress, life or career transitions, or the lasting impact of trauma. Whether you are taking the first step or returning to therapy, it takes courage and your well-being matters.

My Approach
I support adults, youth, and children in overcoming mental and behavioral challenges and rediscovering their strengths. I bring over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry and Applied Behavior Analysis. My journey began in India, where I earned a Bachelor’s in Alternative Medicine, and it continues in the United States as I complete my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in Kirkland, Washington. Having worked with individuals from diverse cultural, spiritual, and social backgrounds across India and the U.S., I integrate Eastern and Western philosophies with evidence-based, scientific approaches. My work is holistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I see you beyond labels, identities or diagnoses as a unique individual with your own story, strengths, struggles, and resilience.
My connection to this work is both professional and personal. During my medical residency, particularly in psychiatry and counseling settings, I witnessed the profound impact mental health challenges have on individuals and their families. This reinforced my belief that mental health deserves the same attention as physical health, as science shows the mind and body are deeply interconnected. Also, growing up, I observed how relationship struggles, , mental/emotional concerns, family expectations, cultural pressures and gender roles shape people’s lives, which further strengthened my passion for mental and behavioral health and my commitment to reducing stigma and promoting healing and healthier connections.
My mission is to provide comprehensive, accessible behavioral and mental health support and prevention services. My approach is collaborative, individualized, compassionate, and culturally responsive. I use evidence-based practices including DBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy within a trauma-informed framework. Whether you are seeking healing or growth, I will meet you where you are and together, help build a strong foundation for meaningful, lasting change for a fulfilling life.
I strive to create a space rooted in trust, safety, openness, and genuine curiosity. Free of judgment and inclusive of all identities, cultures, and belief systems. I walk alongside you at your pace, honoring your dignity, strengths, and potential.
Are you ready to explore the path of healing and harmony?
