Njoba Darboe
Hello, my name is Njoba Darboe, and I am a counseling intern at Inside Health Institute. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals on their journeys toward healing, self-discovery, and growth.
In my work, I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their unique experiences at their own pace. I believe that therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you reconnect with your strengths, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I welcome individuals from all walks of life and am committed to honoring each client’s story with respect. My work is grounded in a whole-person approach, which means I see and value every part of your experience, mind, body, and soul. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, or simply seeking personal growth, I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported.
Outside of my clinical work, I am deeply passionate about mental health advocacy, particularly within the Gambian and broader Muslim community, where I work to create conversations that break stigma and promote healing.
I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward greater confidence, connection, and self-worth.
