Sheila Mary, ND, MPH
I am Dr. Sheila Mary, a naturopathic doctor, health coach, and public health advocate with a passion for health promotion and graceful aging, through nutritional education, lifestyle changes, and botanical medicine. My specialty is to help people prevent and/or manage cardiovascular diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), without sacrificing their quality of life.
Over the past years, I earned a doctorate in naturopathic medicine and a master’s in public health at Bastyr University; a certificate in gerontology and another certificate in global health management at The University of Washington; a certificate in integrative health coaching at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition; a certificate in homeopathy at The New England School of Homeopathy.
I was born and raised in Haiti where I spent the first 28 years of my life. There, I graduated from the State University of Haiti with a doctorate in dental surgery (DDS), and later a doctorate in medicine (MD).
I have been calling Kenmore my home for the past 7 years. I live with my loving husband Ed. We are empty nesters, and on our days off, we enjoy walking on the beach, cooking, and making silly dance videos. We also enjoy long political and current world events conversations with our son Chris, who is in law school, and that we are very proud of.
It is with great gratitude and immense humility that I am joining Inside Health Institute, to work alongside so many compassionate and experienced health professionals devoted to making a positive impact in the lives of underserved people living in Kind County and Snohomish County, one patient at the time, one community at the time.
I look forward to serving you.
