As a mother of two with a unique and varied career journey, I bring a multicultural and gender-affirming perspective to the work I do. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—from engineering and marketing to crisis support and now counseling psychology. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the struggles many people face, whether it’s navigating relationships, the challenges of parenting, or managing work-related stress. My aim is to provide a warm and nurturing environment where you feel genuinely understood, and we can work collaboratively to help you achieve clarity, balance, and healing.
In therapy, my approach is trauma-informed and client-centered at its core. I integrate evidence-based practices like Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, tailoring each intervention to the unique needs of my clients. I also incorporate Polyvagal Theory and somatic, body-based work to explore the mind-body connection holistically. As a nature lover, I offer ecotherapy and walk therapy, using the healing power of nature to support well-being.
