I’m Taylor (she/her)
I have an undergraduate degree in psychology, and I'm pursuing a graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to inform my work. ACT aids in exploring themes of acceptance, awareness, and living in alignment with our values, while IFS helps us connect with and have compassion for the many different parts of ourselves. I also use a trauma-informed lens, and may reach for mindfulness techniques if you find them useful.
My style is warm and patient, and considers how your unique lived experience shapes the way you move through the world. I’m curious about your story, and my hope is that together we can create a space where it feels safe to share.
I’m especially passionate about supporting:
• Young adults working through anxiety and/or difficult past experiences
• Older adults navigating life transitions
• People experiencing grief and loss
